ABOUT MATERIAL
All DIYBETTY cases are made of silicone, resin or plastic. All these materials are non-toxic, harmless and waterproof.

ABOUT UNIQUENESS
Each case is handmade so they may not be exactly same like the other but very similar. We sometimes have to adjust the position of charms to fit your Phone/AirPods case. Charms may be added or reduced no more than two due to the phone model. In rare cases, charms may be replaced by similar ones due to out of stock. But we will make the design as close as the one in the listing photo.

ABOUT PROCESSING TIME
All cases are handmade and need about 10 days to get cure. Current processing time is always posted at the top of our website - this is approximately how long it will be until your order ships out. Once your order has been shipped, you can track on the website.

ABOUT PRODUCT CARE
Once you receive your order, place it in a dry and ventilated place for 3-4 days in order to make it cure completely. Please view our ‘Product Care’ page to see how to take care of your cases so that they will last.

PLEASE NOTE each case is meticulously handmade while striving for the highest quality end product. However, minor flaws such as bubbles, bumps or slight dyeing, paint loss, small scratches on charms may be unavoidable. If you have any question, feel free to contact us before placing your order!
